    These upgrades are part of our ongoing commitment to improving network reliability, capacity, and performance.     Service impact:
    While the servers will remain online, customers may experience brief packet loss or a temporary increase in latency during traffic re-routing.

Outbound Email Delivery (In Progress)

  • Dear Valued Customer,

    We are aware of an issue currently affecting outbound email delivery for some accounts across several servers.

    In affected cases, senders may see a “deferred” message. This indicates that delivery has been temporarily delayed, and the sending mail server will continue retrying delivery automatically for a period of time.

    What to expect:

    • Many messages are still being delivered successfully, but may arrive later than expected.
    • If retry attempts are eventually exhausted, the sender may receive a Non-Delivery Report (NDR) indicating the message could not be delivered. In those cases, the email would need to be resent.

    Our System Administration and WebOps teams are actively investigating and working to restore normal delivery as quickly as possible. While we cannot provide an estimated time for resolution at this stage, we will share updates as soon as more information becomes available.

    2026-02-10: UPDATE:
    We have begun moving affected servers to a new external mail relay.
    Servers affected the most are prioritised and should all be updated over the next few days

    If your domain is hosted externally, please keep an eye out for any mails from us pertaining to the SPF record adjustment that may need to be made.

    We are already seeing better results and the situation remains monitored.

Acronis Backups Reported Issues (In Progress)

    Update 11 November 2025

    We are awaiting a fix from Acronis to fix multiple backup/restore issues. Acronis has advised that this patch will be released in early December.
