Good day
We would like to inform you that we are in the process of moving our shared hosting backup system from Acronis to JetBackup. This upgrade is being implemented to improve the overall performance, reliability, and stability of our backup environment.
You will still be able to access and restore your backups directly from cPanel or DirectAdmin using the appropriate JetBackup plugin. No action is required from your side.
We will roll out the changes in stages. Please do not be alarmed if you do not see Jetbackup on your server yet, it will be there shortly.

Update 11 November 2025
We are awaiting a fix from Acronis to fix multiple backup/restore issues. Acronis has advised that this patch will be released in early December.
