    We are aware of an issue affecting email delivery from accounts hosted on cpr52.host-ww.net, where outgoing messages may be delayed or temporarily deferred.

    Our technical team has identified the underlying cause and is actively working on a permanent resolution.

    In some cases, we have also observed throttling by certain external email providers, which may further slow down delivery while the issue is being stabilised. Affected messages should continue to retry in the queue and are expected to be delayed rather than immediately fail.

    We understand the impact this may have on your communication and sincerely apologise for the inconvenience. Please be assured that restoring normal mail flow is a priority, and we appreciate your patience and understanding while we work to resolve this as quickly as possible.

Moving of Backup Systems (In Progress)

    We would like to inform you that we are in the process of moving our shared hosting backup system from Acronis to JetBackup. This upgrade is being implemented to improve the overall performance, reliability, and stability of our backup environment.

    You will still be able to access and restore your backups directly from cPanel or DirectAdmin using the appropriate JetBackup plugin. No action is required from your side.

     

    We will roll out the changes in stages. Please do not be alarmed if you do not see Jetbackup on your server yet, it will be there shortly.

    Update 11 November 2025

    We are awaiting a fix from Acronis to fix multiple backup/restore issues. Acronis has advised that this patch will be released in early December.
