How to Add an Alias Domain in cPanel?

Domain Aliases are domains that you own, but which do not contain any content. You need to register a domain name to use this feature. Aliases domains can be used to show the content of the primary domain of the cPanel.

When you run the Alias domain on a browser, it will show the content of the primary domain but the URL will be your Alias domain.

1. Log into your cPanel account.

2. In the Domains section, click on the Domains icon.

3. Enter your domain name under the Domain field and select Just use "testdomain.com". (testdomain should be your actual domain name.)

Check " Share document root (/home/username/public_html) with . " if it is unchecked.

4. Click on the Submit button and that's it.
