To set a domain to auto-renew, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your customer area
- Go to 'Domains' and select 'My Domains'
- Select the 'Active' box to the right of the domain, you will be re-directed to the 'Manage' section of that domain name
- Select 'Auto Renew', and then select 'Enable Auto Renew'
- Once the invoice generates and once paid, the domain will be renewed.
*Please note that if a domain name is on any other status besides 'Active' you will need to contact the billing department for assistance at billing@hostafrica.com.
