How to Enable Auto-Renew for a Domain Name

To set a domain to auto-renew, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your customer area
  2. Go to 'Domains' and select 'My Domains'
  3. Select the 'Active' box to the right of the domain, you will be re-directed to the 'Manage' section of that domain name
  4. Select 'Auto Renew', and then select 'Enable Auto Renew'
  5. Once the invoice generates and once paid, the domain will be renewed.

*Please note that if a domain name is on any other status besides 'Active' you will need to contact the billing department for assistance at billing@hostafrica.com.
